Grand Merdeka Home (GM Home) is an innovative concept intended to serve household and home furnishing hub to neighboring residents, and it located adjacent to Grand Merdeka Mall. GM Home also served as the major anchor tenants that spread across 70,000 sq.ft. which comprises of a proposed hypermarket, specially outlets, homeware retailer, and drive thru fast food outlet. Top Kinabalu and 1 Homeware serve as an excellent addition as one of our junior anchors, and further cementing the Grand Merdeka position as a suburban commercial hub. This concept is very popular in Australia and West Malaysia and it would be a pioneer project in Sabah. Incidentally, our good tenant mix has drawn a good attention as we were featured in our local paper called Daily Express on 26th April 2012 in respect of our tenant mix which is regarded as a smaller version of IPC in Damansara.

To date, Top Kinabalu Sdn Bhd (a well-established local white furniture/electrical appliance outlet) has allocated 2 units of terrace warehouse of an area of 8,000 sq.ft. Another local well established homeware outlet, One Homeware had taken out another 3 units of an area of 12,000 sq.ft. of terrace warehouse.
