    1. Allocate 5,200 sq.ft. for a local well established café and bar restaurant called Upperstar Grill and Bar at ground floor, and another 8,800 sq.ft. for food court and other F&B outlets.
    2. 14,000 sq.ft. allocated for Tong’s Enterprise Department Store (well established local departmental store) at first floor, additional of 6,000 sq.ft. allocated for fashion outlet.
    3. 30,000 sq.ft. allocated for Amusement Centre and Cineplex at second floor, and additional another 6,000 sq.ft. each for bookshop and home décor.
    4. 467 sq.ft. allocated for Santola Bar Café.
  • The proposed project is a suburban mall and is targeted for domestic catchment which consists of middle income earners. With that, our project’s tagline is called “Everyone can own”. The buying power in the above-mentioned area is relatively strong and we are aiming to provide our customers with a modern, green and yet affordable shopping experience.
  • Our green architecture design, namely, high ceiling and broad walkway of 50 ft. wide and 40 ft. height ceiling provides a good cross ventilation system, and it is also complemented with evaporative air cooler system will be furnished in the mall.
