We are a small 25 room hotel situated 5 minute drive from KKIA Terminal 2 and 15 minute drive from KKIA Terminal 1.

Just a 20 minute walk from the hotel you will find the famous Tanjung Aru Beach where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset from 5.30pm.  Also, at the beach area you will find some local hawker stalls where you can enjoy nice charcoal chicken wings and satays in front of the beach.

All our rooms are uniquely designed with air conditioning, hot water, wifi in the rooms (password protected), tea/coffee facilities, complimentary bottled drinking water and 32" LCD television with 9 satelite channels including 1 in-house movie channel.

Deluxe Room:  RM195 nett, extra person RM20 (included breakfast for 3) - fits approx. 6 people

All transfers between 11pm and 5am has a surcharge of RM30 per trip

Strictly a No Smoking Hotel, if caught smoking in the room there will be a charge of RM150 included in the room rate

All our room rates and prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

Cancellation Policy; All cancellations less than 48 hours (2 days) will be charged for one (1) night accommodation

Non-guaranteed bookings will be released automatically by 6.00pm
